Description

Ashoka plant is a rain-forest, small, erect evergreen tree, with deep green leaves growing in opaque clusters; mostly found in the central areas of the Deccan plateau, as well as the middle section of the Western Ghats in the western coastal zone of the Indian subcontinent. It received an award for beautiful foliage and fragrant flowers. Bark of the Ashoka tree used in cosmetic products.
